Capt. Kevin Guerin and Capt. Mike Guerin have over 35 years combined experience guiding the Keys and South Florida waters. They have literally fished every inch of the Keys from Biscayne Bay to 10,000 Islands, to the Marqueses. Late February-April is prime time for flyfishing permit in the beautiful lower Keys.More permit are caught on fly in the Florida Keys than all other permit locations combined. Also most of the flyrod world records are from the lower Keys, including the largest ever caught Del Brown's 42lber on 8lb tippet. April-June is prime time for large tarpon which make their annual migration during this period.There is no better place to sight fish 100+lb tarpon in clear water. If you have never tarpon fished in the Keys, you have never really flyfished.
